Tonight.

Jennifer, Tamara, and I went out for an evening.
Chick-fil-a for dinner, H&M for clothes along with many other stores, and the Cheesecake Factory for dessert.

From this episode I have concluded a few things:
1.) the CF pumpkin cheesecake is everything I dreamed of an more.
2.) You know you've been thrifting too long when you walk into a store and see a to die for mint green shirt for twelve dollars and  surpass it because it's too much money (good thing Jennifer was there to talk some sense into us twins).
3.) Jennifer has the cutest bump in the world! Serious guys. (She's prego! I still can't believe it my self.)
4.) People hate my art. Hmmm. I'm over it and auctions.
I do art because I love it, I don't do it for people, I do it for myself. It doesn't matter if I'm famous or not. Honestly at this point of rejection I don't care if it ever happens.

We had a notification war.

She won.
but is gets better.
right when I clicked on it, it updated to 174.
Ridiculous.
She only won because I have way more stuff to like than she does without notifying all of her friends.
I fail.

gushy parents...it's kinda cute...i guess.

That moment when I walk into my parents bathroom and find this...
Then I realize there is such thing as true love and it's the closest thing to a fairytale,
and I'm okay with that, because if I find a man so completely in love with me and me with him
then eternity won't be all that bad. not at all.
In fact I can't think of anything better.

Park to the City.

I've been here a few times in my life, mostly when I was a youngin.
I'd like to visit more often
I call it home of the hipsters.
Maybe i'm wrong but i like the name.
it was fantastic.
One day I want to spend a whole entire day there and visit every little darn store just to pretend i'm rich.
Oh wait i am...at least in blessings.
We hit up the alpine coaster. Everyone needs to experience it.
Traveled up and down to small stores for an hour.
Then enjoyed the most delicious food.

So,

First I have to apologize.
I lied.
Fashion Friday was band from my blog. Just for this week.
Or maybe its because I was out of town and was lazy.
Yep, that's it.
We left and relaxed for 24 hours in Heber and Park City.
It was a party. Pictures will be coming soon aka tomorrow.

Then we lost horribly in our Softball game once again.
It's fine.
I'm used to it.
It's not gonna happen again.
If I have to I'll trip every one of those stinkin' runners heading for home or tackle them, which ever they prefer. I'll ask them as I'm barreling towards there bodies.

So this boy that I've been talkin about.
Yeah.
We're supposed to be going out on wednesday.
Hopefully I won't be stood up.
He's kind of really funny.
He assumed I was LDS because I acted like a member.
I told him I was baptist.
I kinda scared him a little bit.

Swiiimmming

Yes I have racoon eyes. No I don't care.
This little boy, the only one thats featured in these photos, is afraid of the deep end.
I finally got him to jump in and swim. Hence the fist pump above.
He did it after a lot of running to the edge and stopping centimeters before, dropping to the ground, pounding the floor, standing back up and saying "I can do it!" then starting all over again.
He's quite the fish.

St. Geezy.

Our little adventure down south was quite a success.
I don't think we stopped moving.
Thrifting was first on our list. Seriously this is the new highlight of my life. I've always loved buying used clothes but little cute thrift stores bring on a whole new meaning and a whole new wardrobe. Savers? You're on the bottom of my list from now on.

Melon ball with the fam. My team, lets be frank, stankafied.
We sucked, we know it, we have the wounds to show it. Really though. It was Phillips first time he didn't do so good.
Horse back riding was insane. I felt like the man from snowy river. Literally. The only difference was my Appaloosa. I'm just as good as him..honest to goodness..I'm not. I'm saving up for my Tennessee Walker.
My love for horse changed when I rode Morning Star. Times it by 100. Yep, that's right. Change your life good.
A hike at 5:30 in the morning with the biggest losers. My brother dragged me, okay maybe I consented.
I wanted to spend time with my brosif and maybe I new a cute guy that works at biggest loser as well but mostly for my broski. Right? right.
We attended Aladdin at tuacan. Thats right Aladdin. One of the many favorite Disney movies. It was great. A comedy for sure. Iago was my favorite.

I'm still sore. My butt hurts from the horses mostly apparently I don't have enough butt muscle. It's nice and firm anyway, at least thats what I'm told...by myself.

This is why we're friends.

We're Goons.
We know.
We like it.
Photo Booth is overused.
We just joined the overusers.

I know, it's hideous.
Stop looking.

Okay now stop looking.

Seriously.
& stop laughing with that shocked face.
Yes, it's me.

How we defeated death.

We went on a little adventure.
We traveled to a little town in Colorado to visit my sister.
We mostly went thrifting at least 75% of our time there.
I'm obsessed with the local Fruita thrift store.
There are teasures in that little place; it's magical.

This is gonna be a long story.
It might be worth reading.
It's mostly for kicks and giggles for those of us that were on the river at the time...you had to be there.

After a long day of thrifting and talking about floating down the Colorado river we decided it was time.
Mom warned us of the danger knowing our past excursions on moving bodies of water.
Somehow we almost die every time.
Nate said don't disrespect the river more then once.
We bought mattress floaties and I stole little Sierras floatational device for myself.
Grabbed some Gatorades, some fruit snacks and we were ready.
We were lectured before leaving the house.
I received a phone call on the way to the river. My father, who did not accompany us on the trip, asking if I wanted to get married and have kids.
They were over reacting, obviously. We didn't turn around.
The portion of the river we were floating was the calmest part of the Colorado. No white water rapids.
As smooth as the lazy river at Seven Peaks.
Nathan drove us up to Grand Junction and we would float back to Fruita, a three and a half hour glide.
We were pumped and ready.
We pulled out our floats and wasted all of our energy on blowing them up switching off on losing our breath.
The river was as dirty as Utah Lake, my favorite kind of water.
We got in, waved goodbye to Nate, and we were off.
No more than five minutes down did we start to hear "rapids" oh no rapids. Stupid rapids.
Being safe and listening to the advice we got from the expert fisherman we exited the river with our floaties in hand walking on the side. After trekking for a while Lis turned and asked if we wanted to call Nate to come pick us up. I wanted to give in. Who wanted to walk most the way down the river? I sure as heck didn't.
But we didn't give up. We're Craven girls.
Without any rapids in sight we climbed back in the river and didn't leave again. We floated down the...rapids... more like waves...smalllll waves...instead of getting out.
And guess what it was fun!
We were happy chilling in the nice water with the nice weather talking about how "mom would lovvve this" "I know its sooo nice out." "it's just like the lazy river at Seven Peaks." "We should do this with the whole family. Family reunion on the Colorado river, babies and all...so calm, soo relaxing... so nice." "I'd do this every freakin day if I lived here."
We were talking, laughing, and having the time of our lives, honestly, beside getting left behind several times because they had the soft, swift mattresses and me, getting stuck on several rocks by my bum and having those speedy two laugh while I tried to scoot off we had a sort of rockin' time.
We we're incandescently happy.
Sadly it completely changed when the clouds started to hang over us, the thunder started to roll, the lighting started to strike, (yes i did just quote Garth Brooks) and lets not forget the light rain droplets.
I started to us my arms as propellers. I didn't want to get stuck in the storm. I'm sure the end of the river was just around the corner...or an hour later. We hit some soft rapids. Since I was ahead I told them to go left or right to stay away from the rocks so our floatational devices wouldn't pop. By this time we were professional in avoiding the rocks. It was maybe a foot deep tam lost her tube tried to jump on the mattress and missed...haha...it wasn't funny, she was hurt, but Lisa and I couldn't stop...going against the rapids was a no no. We got to the end waiting for Tambam to appear, it took awhile but we saw her lifeless body floating down the waves.
I yelled at her, she didn't move. Crap mom was going to kill us. Minutes later she moved and yelled back; she was okay.
We all caught up to each other.
It started to pour. The rain pelted our poor bodies. I wasn't staying in the dumb river any longer. I got to the edge ready to climb out. Lisa asked if we'd rather walk in the rain waiting for Nate to pick us up or to finish floating. It was wise but dumb. Lighting was hitting right next to the river, if it hit the water we'd have been dead. Including the little one inside Lisa.
I gave in we started to float.
I started to move as fast as I could down the river leaving the other two behind. All of us trying to not hit trees, rocks, or any sort of bad rapids. The rain was coming down so hard I could hardly see in front of me.
It became extremely cold.
I could barely see Tam and Lisa behind me but I knew they were in the water. It was the only way to keep warm in the freezing outdoors.
I couldn't get in. I had the gatorade bottles, fruit snacks, and cellular devices on me.
I was tired, freezing, and shivering to the point where I couldn't stop.
I yelled at my sisters to catch up so I could get in the water.
I knew Tam didn't want to leave Lisa because she was pregnant.
She finally reached me, helping me get in the water.
We were all gonna die if not by lighting then by hypothermia.
But we made it. When I saw the Fruita bridge I wanted to die I was so excited. The end couldn't come fast enough, the towel, the warmth, the hot shower couldn't come fast enough.
As we were getting out Nate stood waiting for us. He looked down at our poor souls and said,
"I told you not to disrespect the river."
We made it out. We made it out alive.

A little over dramatic?
Maybe.
Did the story need to be that long?
No.
Welcome to my life.

Empty.

All of my posts revolve around these guys, but they're basically what make my world go round,
 so deal with it.
Since everyone has moved away the house as been quiet, a little too quiet.
 Karalee moved home at least.
She would keep us company if she wasn't gone all the time.
Grace, you have the funniest personality. Seriously this girl can always make me laugh and it's not like she means to she's just naturally funny. She has freakin' thick hair and super long eye lashes.
Emma, you are the sweetest little girl in the whole world. This girl will come and give me a hug, sit on my lap, and just love me because that's the way she is. Oh, she's got killer dance moves and an amazing voice. If you haven't heard her sing Phantom of the Opera you have to get her to belt it for you. She has a quite the style too.
Sierra, my gorgeous girl, you are just too stinkin cute for your own good.Stop being the girl that every boy it gonna want to date you little man hunter. Her puppy dog eye's are killer and she's lighting speed fast with her running shoes on of course.
Tyler, my main squeeze and my buddy. You are sooo handsome and those cowboy boot make me want to go mmmhmmm. This little boy gets down and dirty on the farm, takes crap from the girls, and boy do I love to give him kisses. He's the best dance partner by far.
Madison, why oh why do you have the cutest laugh on earth? This girl has the funniest question in the world and they just keep coming. She's becoming more and more like her sister. The best cuddler in the world right here.
Tess, Oh goodness girl. You are one hot tamale. She always has something funny coming out of her mouth. If your down all you need is this girl to cheer you up. She loves to sing and has the cutest little voice ever.
Clara and Lydia, cutest teeth ever, both of them. They're sooo different but sooo cute. I just want to hold them all the time.
I love them all so very much.
I need them to come visit me every weekend or I need to go visit.
Done. I'll just quit my job and travel from place to place visiting.
In my dreams.
But hey the house isn't going to be quiet for too much longer. In fact it's going to get down right noisy just the way I like it.

Our Road Trip...Just the Two of Us...Party.

So I didn't get to bring my flashy camera down to this wondrous place so you're going to have to deal with my phone photos even if I didn't get to capture everything you get the point.
1.) We're off. Just the two of us in separate cars. Phillip bought a car and needed it escorted down.
2.) The cute kiddos were waiting for us. Then I realized that I had only one picture of one of the little ones.
3.) We started cleaning the house that the little Craven Clan moved into.
4.) The tile was absolutely disgusting. Originally I thought it was supposed to look like that.
5.) After going through 3 grout brushes, they were all killed by our rockin' elbow grease, they all looked like this. Poor things. They lived a great life. We couldn't have done it with out them.
6.) How the tile is supposed to look.
7.) A massive red wall that was oddly placed. It had to go.
8.) Someone really smart took off the cover to the light socket to paint but obviously didn't get the hint that they needed to tape the light socket. Oopps. Lets leave it. Nice room accessory. Why not?
9.) The walls were originally blue. The previous renters painted it diarrhea color. They were professional painters. You see how they left that nice blue around the blinds? Oh and I didn't get the picture of the splattered white moldings and ceiling with that awesome deep brown color. Don't worry we fixed the mess and painted it all a nice light brown.
10.) After a long weekend of cleaning and playing with our homies. We ventured back home to never venture down in that deep abyss again...Not.

My Friends.

They're here to visit.
I missed their guts.
We've been playing ever since they got here.
They're the greatest things that have ever happened to me.
